As per email received from the FV today:

Following the Victorian Government’s announcement of further relaxations to restrictions last week, Football Victoria (FV) has released new Return To Play Conditions (RTP).

While we are still awaiting detail from Sport & Recreation Victoria following the last Victorian Government update, FV appreciates there are a number of events taking place this weekend and has provided this key update accordingly. Should further changes be required upon receipt of new information, FV will release a further update.
